does anyone know a wholesale place where you canbuy plain tees and sweaters cheap?

1. Simple. Contact the manufacturer of t-shirts, Hanes or whatever brand of your choice. Ask them who their wholesalers are and contact them. Be sure you have a Tax ID number and a business license, the wholesaler will ask for it. If they do not, they are not legitimate.
2. You can buy at wholesale without a business license or tax id. I've purchased several things from suppliers without them and the company/products are completely legitimate. Ive had some success finding distributors through this site: http://www.toptenwholesale.com. The site is ugly, but is apparently a reputable company within the wholesale trade as far as connecting wholesalers to resellers. Good luck.
