Transactions with wholesalers?

I am new to this working with wholesalers and I would like to purchase phone from a wholesaler that is in china. I found them on this website and they are a gold member. The take wire transfers or bank transfers as payment though the bank of your choice or through western union. I was wondering which was best? and if there are any precautions that I need to take. I found this website : http://www.firetrust.com/en/blog/chris/the-bigger-list-of-chinese-scams it gives a list of the bad websites. now I wish i could find a good whlesaler to buy a phone from :( if anyone know a us one that would be great.

1. As long as you feel absolutely comfortable doing business with a company outside your country, I would ask the Chinese wholesaler, directly. ((Wink)) IF I had the slightest doubt as to a scam, I would do my best to do business with a domestic company.
