How can I start a website dropshipping for someone else?

I can I start a site with no inventory and just sell products oniine with little or no investment. I went to a seminar for Stores online and I don't know about them. It sounds like a scam. Anyway I can do this on my own without paying somebody. I need to know where I begain.
