Does anyone make a living doing a dropshipping business?

I am interested in trying this for extra income, but it seems "too easy" if you know what I mean. I am guessing the most work is in getting your site into the search engines or something? Any pointers, for a newbie?

You can but the dropshipper will be the only one who will ever make any money....if you are going to try selling on ebay, you will be trying to sell the same low quality high priced items as many others who were scammed into using the dropshipper.......also, if your items sell and the dropshipper informs you they are "out of stock", you will be the one who's reputation is at stake....you will be the one who gets non performing seller disputes filed against you and you will be the one who gets suspended from ebay. Go to ebay - community - answer center....type in dropshipper....not good.... With the impending boycott against ebay, now is not the time to start selling.
