Can anyone help me with starting an Ebay business?

I would like to start selling things on Ebay as an extra source of money but I'm not sure about certain details. I've already sold several of my own things on Ebay so I'm good at that and I'm very business oriented. However what and how should I charge my customers? What if the item doesn't sell, then what do I do? Any other details or information would be GREAT! Just to clarify, i meant starting a business where people would bring their items to me to sell for them.

1. I'm not sure what you mean by how you should charge your customers. Paypal is basically the eBay monopoly, so that is how. How much is entirely dependent on what you are selling and how cheap you can get it. Are you thinking of opening a store? My store advice is "price it high, let it ride", meaning price it at the higher end of what has sold in the last month, put reasonable shipping on it, and let it go. For regular auctions, my advice is just the opposite. Price it as low as you can to entice bidders. If the item doesnt sell, you can lower the price or donate it to charity (tax writeoff if you itemize your taxes).
