whats the best site to start an ebay business?

I wanted to know what websites out there are good at starting an ebay business, for ex buying products off the site and selling them on ebay.

1. ebay.com...have been on ebay for 10 years...their homepage is simple and easy to navigate...also has a very good HELP section to get you started.......
2. It is very easy - just go there, sign up for an account and follow their instructions. Here's a tip - if you plan on selling, go ahead and get a FedEx business account and possibly a scale to weigh packages for shipping estimates. Quickest way to bad reviews is slow shipping or lost shipments due to brown or USPS.
