Hi!!! I want to start an ebay business what biz forms do I need??

I want to to start buying stuff from a wholesaler to sell on Ebay. I live in San Jose and was wondering what legal forms do I need to start my biz?? i.e. business license, etc. The paperwork stuff confuses me. Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks so much :)
