Can anyone help me find legitimate wholesalers?
I know I might be the competition if you help me, but I'm desperate for some direction. I need to find wholesalers who sell the genuine article, you know? If you know of any good ones that you could tip me on, that would be great. I would appreciate it so much. Thanks.

- Your local library should have or have access to directories of wholesalers... legitimate ones. You can also consider buying direct from manufacturers and those directories are also available; however, libraries usually have these as "reference only" so bring change for the copy machine. Talk to your librarians. Unless you have a Tax ID certificate and other legitimate business licenses to offer to these vendors, they will not work with you.
- There’s two ways to go about it. The one motioned above about the library works, but it will take you a lot of time since you will have to contact the individual wholesalers yourself (been there, done that… for months). Some of them will work with you, but many won’t unless you’re an established business and are able to buy in volume (by that, I mean by the truckload). Another way, which I found to work better, is to use a wholesaler service. Some will charge a fee, but you will get access to legitimate wholesalers a lot faster to get your business going (which I assume is what you are wanting to do). There are a lot of them advertised, but to be honest, many are scams. I have found a few that are legitimate, and I’ve provided links to them on my website, http://www.buddyandoscars.com in the webmasters and web services section. Although I got out of wholesale/retail sales altogether and into affiliate marketing instead because I started making too much money selling sex toys to spend any more time with the wholesale business, I have worked with them, and the time and effort they save you is worth the investment. If you’re only looking for a way to get stuff cheap, they aren’t the way to go. They’re for legitimate businesses, or individuals that are looking to start a business and need products. You can go the drop ship route, or warehouse products yourself if you have the space already. I don’t like spending money on warehouse space, so I preferred the drop ship method myself, but that’s a personal choice. Good luck.
