Is there a way I can transfer my customer orders directly from my online store to wholesalers automatically ?

Just starting an online buisness and until it becomes more profitable I will still have the need to work full time and of coarse sleep...lol. Is there a way that I can have my customers orders automatically forwarded from my site to my wholesalers for shipping and so forth without having to constantly attend to it manually around the clock, per say, if I were working or sleeping could I still be filling orders and making a profit while I was?
